Helping Businesses Get More from EOS®
I’m a graduate of the IU Kelley School of Business with a degree in Finance and a passion for helping small businesses and emerging entrepreneurs grow with clarity and confidence.
While my foundation is in finance, my career quickly shifted toward operations and organizational health — helping teams plan, organize, and scale their companies more effectively.
My Background and Experience
At &Forth, I’ve spent the last three years helping leadership teams implement EOS® through the Ninety.io platform. In that time, I’ve facilitated L10 and Quarterly meetings, supported budgeting and forecasting efforts, developed SMART measurables and Rocks, and helped companies instill rhythm and structure into their operations.
In addition to EOS support, I also provide fractional bookkeeping services — helping small businesses close their books each month, reconcile bank statements, and maintain clean, accurate financials. My background in finance allows me to bring a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to financial organization, ensuring companies have the clarity they need to make informed decisions.
How I Help Leadership Teams Maximize EOS®
✔ Implementing and optimizing Ninety.io to create structure and accountability across teams.
✔ Supporting the Visionary–Integrator relationship through clear communication and shared priorities.
✔ Translating high-level goals into practical, day-to-day execution.
✔ Embedding EOS tools and habits into the organization’s operating system to create lasting traction.
✔ Maintaining clean, organized financial records to support data-driven decision-making.

Outside of Work
Outside of work, I love hiking and traveling — both in the U.S. and abroad — and reading both classic and contemporary books with curiosity and reflection. Exploring new ideas and places helps me bring a fresh, grounded perspective to the work I do with leadership teams.
