His career includes serving as CEO of a $100M+ public manufacturing company, COO of a private equity-backed life sciences manufacturer, CFO of a global industrial equipment business, and advisor to dozens of CEOs of privately held companies—roles in which he developed deep expertise in strategic transformation, finance, and operations.

He holds a Master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University, and is recognized as a highly strategic leader with a talent for aligning people, processes, and performance to unlock growth. His experience spans diverse business models across the construction, manufacturing, and life sciences sectors, making him a highly adaptable executive who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Outside of his professional life, Lawrence is a husband, father of two, and the proud owner of a rescue dog.
